Simone Biles, by Jon M. Fishman is a part of the Sports All-Stars series. Throughout this thirty-two page biography, there are full-color photographs and interesting facts about the famous gymnast.

According to the back cover, "Simone Biles joined the US women's gymnastics team to compete at the Summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 2016. Along with her teammates, she sailed through her events to claim the gold medal in the team competition for the United States. She also took home three golds and a bronze in the individual events in which she competed.... Learn all about her rise to the top in gymnastics, how she stays fit, what she does to relax, and much more."

It's divided into five chapters: Gold Getter, Learning to Soar, Training a Champion, Off the Mat, and "The First Simone Biles." The back of this book includes All-Star Stats, Source Notes, Glossary, Further Information, and Index.

This enjoyable and educational non-fiction book is geared and recommended to children, particularly grades two to five.
