Book Review: Itsy Bitsy Christmas

Itsy Bitsy Christmas: You're Never Too Little for His Love, by Max Lucado and illustrated by Bruno Merz is an adorable children's book.

According to the back cover, "Do you ever feel like you are too small or too ordinary? This is just how Itsy and Bitsy feel. When these two charming little mice hear that a King is coming to Bethlehem, they set off with great enthusiasm to find Him. But they can't find the King, and other animals discourage them.... Itsy and Bitsy are just about to give up when something amazing happens."

Within thirty pages, the Christmas story of the birth of Jesus is retold in a unique way by two little mice, and this book includes a heart-warming message that you're never too little for His love.

This board book is easy to read in one storytelling session. Itsy Bitsy Christmas is a charming children's book, which is geared toward toddlers and preschoolers.

Note: I received this book from Book Look Bloggers, which is a program designed for bloggers to write book reviews in exchange for books, yet the opinions expressed in this review are my own.
