Book Review: Taming to CEO

Taming the CEO, by Hayson Manning is a quirky, yet cute, contemporary romance with dramatic undertones.

Daisy Carter and Alexander "Zan" Gillard are both self-proclaimed workaholics and CEOs of their respective family-owned businesses, yet he's known for spontaneity, while she lives for rules and lists. Both companies are in direct competition of each other, as well as dealing with an on-going feud between the families. In order to keep her family's company viable, Daisy needs to secure a bid with a popular resort, yet Zan is also interested for his company.

Due to an unusual requirement, the resort's owner requires both CEOs to visit this resort and participate in the single's game package. When Daisy and Zan become partners in the single's game, their extreme differences don't dilute the depth of their attraction to each other. However, Daisy's business is at stake, and Zan is secretly plotting to overtake her family's company, despite their blossoming relationship.

Taming the CEO is geared towards those who enjoy reading contemporary romances, particularly stories involving business rivals.
