Blog Hop: It's Monday, What Are You Reading, Mailbox Monday, Stacking the Shelves, and Sunday Post

My blog, Reading with Beth, is participating in the Sunday Post, Mailbox Monday, Stacking the Shelves, and It's Monday, What Are You Reading blog hops, and links to these sites are listed at the end of this post. It's very enjoyable to visit other blogs and discover more book suggestions...always adding to my reading wish list!

Welcome to new visitors and returning followers! My blog focuses on reading, particularly book reviews. Check out my blog archive for previous posts, and visit my Love in Bloom Giveaway Hop post to enter to win an Amazon gift card.

This past week, I posted less on my blog, since I've been reading and writing reviews for upcoming posts. This week will feature mostly fiction books, particularly romance.

And I have opportunity to re-read and review four reissued books of the Redwood Pack series, by Carrie Ann Ryan. It's a recommended series for paranormal romance fans, particular those that enjoy reading about werewolves in an action-suspense setting with plenty of romance.

My blog now has a Facebook page! Click HERE to follow on Facebook.

  1. I love re-reading books by favorite authors, but not necessarily the thrillers I read. I enjoy family drama and books about relationships, so I love re-reading Elizabeth Berg, Beth Gutcheon, Anne Tyler, and Marge Piercy.

Thanks for sharing...and for visiting my blog.

  2. I don't re- read a lot anymore but I used to more often when I was younger. Although as many books as I read (since I started blogging) I am tempted to go back and re- read some favorites...

  5. I rarely re-read...just not my cup of tea. :) If I would re-read, I would probably re-read The Thornbirds and The Shellseekers. :)

I hope you had/have a productive week of reading and writing your reviews.

ENJOY your books and your week.

  6. I have so many books I reread a lot! I almost wish I didn't, because I have so many new books to read too. But they're comfort, for me -- Dorothy L. Sayers, Mary Stewart, Susan Cooper, Ursula Le Guin, Tolkien... Quite a mix of genres! :)

  7. I don't re-read - mostly because I have so many new books to read. I'm tempted to go back and read a novel or two from when I was a teen and see if they still have the same effect as they did then.

  8. I don't reread very often; I am so excited about all the books I haven't read yet! But I will find myself dipping back into favorite books when I've had a bad day or just can't settle on anything to read.

    Have a great week!

  9. I'm currently re-reading a mystery, Chopping Spree. Last time I read it in print. This time I'm listening to it as an audio. I plan to re-review it once I'm done.

My husband is home. My daughter had two pieces in her school's art show. And we got new cement poured at the bottom of our stoop. Come see what I'm reading.

  12. I don't often re-read books, but when I do, I'd say it's mainly the classics. I like to do that sometimes, especially books that I read when I was in school to see if I appreciate them more now that I'm older. Have a great week! Oh and followed your new FB page :)

  13. I rarely re-read too. But sometimes what happens is that I re-read unintentionally, because I forgot I already read it. Trying to fix that my getting my reading log list in order ;-)
